Five stars isn't enough to rate the service I received from Jamie Zottola. I was a Life Coach client for many months. During my sessions, Jamie had an amazing ability to create such a warm and safe place for me to explore some really tough stuff. I didn't realize the extent to which trauma formed who I am. Once I learned from Jamie what that looked like for me, I was able to make amazing progress on my journey to peace and a beautifully authentic life. In the past, I had spent a number of years with a therapist(s), but none were able to truly help me 'see' and heal. Jamie is an amazingly talented life coach, and also a Reiki practitioner! I recommend her Reiki sessions too! Thank you, Jamie. 🙂
