Reiki Services
Reiki is a Japanese energy technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes physical, mental and emotional healing. A life force energy flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. As a Level 1 and 2 Reiki practitioner, I am happy to provide Reiki sessions personalized to my client's needs. These services also include meditation and sound healing. Let me assist you in taking time for yourself and clearing your vessel.

Life Coach Counseling
Drawing from personal experience, I offer recovery coaching to individuals seeking support in overcoming substance use challenges. With over 6 years in recovery, I have an unique perspective having utilized many tools, practices and theologies towards my healing journey. I can help you discover your "WHY" when it comes to substance use and assist you to navigate your journey towards healing and sustainable recovery.
When I am on the life coaching journey with you, I strive to create an environment where you and I feel safe enough to share each other's struggles, joys and dreams. Through my unique approach under the teachings of the New Light Sanctuary, I assist clients to move through behavior patterns and beliefs that no longer serve them and support them in taking actionable steps to reclaim their power.
Monthly Recovery Circle
For over four years, I have been facilitating a monthly virtual circle on Zoom for sober and sober curious women and members of the LGBTQIA+ community where we share, connect with and empower each other. There is no fee for this offering. Please contact me for more information.
Monthly Spiritual Circle
In collaboration with my friend Shane Nicholetti, spiritual medium and tattoo artist, we host a monthly in person spiritual circle called "Support in Spirit" the 2nd Sunday of every month starting in October 2025. This circle is an gathering for those working in the spiritual realm or who are on a spiritual journey to connect, learn and grow. There is no fee for this offering.
