Reiki is a Japanese energy technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes physical, mental and emotional healing. A life force energy flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. As a Level 1 and 2 Reiki practitioner, I am happy to provide Reiki sessions personalized to my client's needs. These services also include meditation and sound healing. Let me assist you in taking time for yourself and clearing your vessel.
Interfaith Ministry Services
As an interfaith minister, I believe in assisting those I serve in tapping into their creativity and fulfilling their vision for the most important moments of their lives. Whether you are looking for a one-of-a kind wedding service, baby blessing of any religious origin, home blessing, memorial service, funeral service or any event which calls for ritual, intention and a bit of magic, I am happy to be well-used by you and help you create the moment of your dreams or create the moment to honor your loved one. Recovery Coaching
Drawing from personal experience, I offer recovery coaching to individuals seeking support in overcoming substance use challenges. With over 6 years in recovery, I have an unique perspective having utilized many tools, practices and theologies towards my healing journey. I can help you discover your "WHY" when it comes to substance use and assist you to navigate your journey towards healing and sustainable recovery.
Monthly Recovery Circle
For over five years, I have been facilitating a monthly virtual circle on Zoom for sober and sober curious women and members of the LGBTQIA+ community where we share, connect with and empower each other. There is no fee for this offering. Please contact me for more information.
Life Coach Counseling
When I am on the life coaching journey with you, I strive to create an environment where you and I feel safe enough to share each other's struggles, joys and dreams. Through my unique approach under the teachings of the New Light Sanctuary, I assist clients to move through behavior patterns and beliefs that no longer serve them and support them in taking actionable steps to reclaim their power.
